For handmade frames, we offer premium cellulose acetate, including Mazzucchelli Bio-Acetate M49, Bio-Acetate S70, Eastman Acetate Renew, and ECO Acetate, alongside our proprietary Cellulic™ material and recycled Cellulic™ options. Cellulic™ delivers exceptional lightweight comfort at 12 percent lighter than traditional acetate, superior strength, minimal shrinkage, increased surface hardness, and excellent shape retention. It is available in a GRS-certified recycled version with 100 percent post-consumer recycled content, making it an ideal choice for brands committed to sustainability without compromising premium aesthetics.
Our metal frame production utilizes stainless steel, recycled stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, nickel silver, and memory metal. For injection molding, we work with TR90, recycled TR90, ULTEM, PC, recycled PC, PCTG, CP, PET, Tritan, and Eastman Tritan Renew, as well as exclusive eco-innovations including Truegrasses, ocean-recycled materials, and biodegradable injection acetate. All sustainable materials are certified under GRS, RCS, or ISCC standards, supporting brands in strengthening their environmental and social governance credentials.

Our product range encompasses optical frames for daily prescription wear, fashion-forward sunglasses, anti-blue light eyewear for digital screen protection, magnetic clip-ons for effortless transition between optical and sunwear, folding eyeglasses designed for portability, reading glasses, and sports eyewear including floating sunglasses, ski goggles, and cycling glasses.

For clients seeking immediate market entry, we maintain a ready-stock inventory with zero minimum order quantity. For custom development, our OEM and ODM services offer flexible MOQs of 300 pairs per model for acetate, Cellulic™, and metal frames, and 1,200 pairs for injection frames, with reduced MOQs available when using existing moulds.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Quality control is embedded throughout our entire production process. We maintain rigorous inspection protocols at every stage, including Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control, and Outgoing Quality Control. Our commitment to precision extends to 0.1 millimeter processing accuracy, and we conduct comprehensive testing including appearance inspection, colour verification, fatigue testing, mechanical performance evaluation, sweat corrosion testing, and spectrum and scratch wear analysis.
All products are manufactured in compliance with international standards including CE and FDA regulations. Our quality management systems meet ISO 9001 requirements, and our products conform to ISO 12870 and EN 12312 standards. We have successfully passed compliance audits for SMETA, Essilor, and Costco, and we welcome third-party or on-site inspections at any time.
Production Capacity and Lead Times
With over 200 skilled employees and dedicated production lines for acetate, metal, titanium, and injection molding, we maintain monthly production capacities of 80,000 sets for handmade acetate and Cellulic™ frames, 50,000 sets for metal frames, 30,000 sets for titanium frames, and 100,000 sets for injection frames.
Our typical lead times are transparent and reliable. CAD technical drawings are delivered within 5 working days. Sample production for acetate, metal, and titanium frames takes 30 to 45 days. Bulk production lead times are 60 to 80 days for acetate, 60 to 75 days for metal, 70 to 85 days for titanium, and 45 to 60 days for injection. For urgent VIP orders with materials in stock, we can compress sample production to 7 to 14 days and bulk production to 30 to 45 days.
