In-House R&D and Design Studio

Our internal Pinnacle Eyewear Design Studio specializes in eyewear design, 3D technical drawings, color rendering, commercial photography, and fashion trend forecasting through our partnership with WGSN. We also develop smart eyewear technologies including Bluetooth AI glasses, VR smart frames, electrochromic lenses, and medical spray drug eyeglasses.

Materials Expertise

We work with a comprehensive range of materials. For handmade frames: cellulose acetate, Mazzucchelli Bio-Acetate M49, Bio-Acetate S70, Eastman Acetate Renew, ECO Acetate, and our proprietary Cellulic™ – a lightweight material 12% lighter than acetate with superior strength and dimensional stability, available in GRS-certified recycled version with 100% post-consumer recycled content. For metal frames: stainless steel, recycled stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, nickel silver, and memory metal. For injection molding: TR90, recycled TR90, ULTEM, PC, PCTG, CP, PET, Tritan, Truegrasses, ocean-recycled materials, and biodegradable injection acetate. All sustainable materials are certified under GRS, RCS, or ISCC standards.

Product Portfolio

We manufacture optical frames, sunglasses, anti-blue light glasses, magnetic clip-ons, folding eyeglasses, reading glasses, floating sunglasses, ski goggles, and cycling glasses. We serve brands of all sizes through OEM and ODM services, with ready-stock inventory available at zero MOQ for immediate market entry.

Quality Control and Compliance

We maintain rigorous quality control throughout production – IQC, IPQC, FQC, and OQC – with 0.1mm processing accuracy. Our products comply with CE, FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 12870, EN 12312, REACH, and Proposition 65 standards. We have passed SMETA, Essilor, and Costco audits, and welcome third-party or on-site inspections.

Production Capacity

With over 200 employees and dedicated production lines, our monthly capacity is 80,000 acetate/Cellulic™ frames, 50,000 metal frames, 30,000 titanium frames, and 100,000 injection frames. Lead times: CAD drawings in 5 working days, samples in 30–45 days, bulk production 45–80 days depending on material. VIP urgent orders can be compressed to 7–14 days for samples and 30–45 days for bulk production when materials are in stock.

Flexible Ordering

MOQ: 300 pairs per model for acetate, Cellulic™, and metal; 1,200 pairs for injection (reduced when using existing moulds). Ready stock available with zero MOQ.

End-to-End Supply Chain Services

We provide global logistics support through our freight forwarding partnerships, handling export documentation, shipping coordination, and customs clearance at destination to reduce tariff costs and avoid delays. Multi-currency receiving accounts allow clients in many countries to pay in their local currency without USD conversion fees.

We start with your vision. You can send us your photos, sketches, or drawings. You can also select from Pinnacle's in-house styles and modify them to your preference. Or simply share your concepts and ideas — we develop them together.

No matter where you start, we turn your vision into a feasible product.

Technical Specification & Drawing

Our engineering team creates detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings based on your concepts. We discuss every detail with you — dimensions, materials, structure, and hardware — to ensure the design is production-ready.

All orders include complimentary design support — CAD drawings, color renderings, and structural evaluation are provided free of charge.

Color Matching Stage

We match colors precisely according to your brand identity.

For Acetate and Cellulic™ frames, we match from physical color swatches. For Metal and Titanium frames, we match from plating color swatches and Pantone colors. For Injection frames (PC, TR, CP, etc.), we match from Pantone colors. For sun lenses, we offer color matching across TR18, CR39, Nylon, PC, TAC, and Anti-blue Light swatches.

Quotation & Ordering

Once the design and colors are confirmed, we provide a detailed production quotation and MOQ. After your confirmation, we sign the Proforma Invoice (PI).

For Acetate and Cellulic™ frames, the MOQ is 300 pairs per model with 2 to 3 colors, starting from $4.50 per pair FOB. For Metal frames, the MOQ is 300 pairs per model with 2 to 3 colors, starting from $4.50 per pair FOB. For Injection frames (PC, TR, CP, etc.), the MOQ is 1,200 pairs per model with 2 to 3 colors, starting from $1.00 per pair FOB.

Note: Lower MOQ may be available upon request for pilot orders.

Sampling

We produce samples for your approval before bulk production.

For Acetate, Cellulic™, and Metal frames, samples can normally be completed and sent around 30 days.

For Injection frames, if it is a new model, mold making takes about 30 days. We can also provide 3D printed rapid samples for structural verification within 3 to 7 days.

Production & Quality Control

After sample approval, we move to bulk production. Our quality control system covers every stage — Incoming Quality Control, In-Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control, and Outgoing Quality Control — to ensure final products match the approved samples.

We also offer OEM hardware options (OBE hinges, SWAROVSKI crystals, etc.) and packaging customization upon request.

Shipping

Once production passes our internal quality inspection, or your team's or third-party inspection, we notify you for shipment. If you do not have a freight forwarder, we can arrange shipping on your behalf.
