Can you produce according to our own design?

Yes, we can make production your own design.

1. You just send us your photos / sketches / drawings or real samples.

2. Our engineers will make the detailed technical drawing, and discuss the details with the customer.

3. Go to color matching stage, and will confirm the quotation & ordering.

4. After confirm order, will making samples send to customer.

5. If everything goes well, start to production.

Can you help us if we don’t have an in-house design team?

No worries, we have professional eyewear designers and engineers can help you!!

  1. You can choose styles from Pinnacle's model.
  2. You can work with existing ready stock models and make modifications.
  3. Offer inspiration based on popular designs from other brands or classic styles.
  4. You can just send photoes that selling well in your market to us.
What's the Minimum Order Quantity for custom models?

For the new model first order:

The new order quantity for Metal and Acetate/Hexetate eyeglasses is 600 pairs per model, 3~4 colors. (If the raw sheet color has a MOQ, then the eyeglasses will have a higher MOQ, usually is 300 PCS per color, can consumed by multiple styles together.)

The new order quantity for injection eyeglasses is 1200 pairs per model. (Need to pay injection mold fee, around $1,200 ~$3,000 depend on quality; if choose already made public mold, no need pay.)

For repeat orders:

The repeat order quantity for Metal and Acetate/Hexetate eyeglasses is 300 pairs per model.

The repeat order quantity for injection eyeglasses is 600 pairs per model.

What material can you do?

Handmade material: Acetate, Mazzucchelli BioAcetate M49, BioAcetate S70, Eastman Acetate Renew, ECO Acetate, HEXETATE, Recycled HEXETATE...

What kind of lenses do you use?

For sunlens:

High end: Glass, Nylon Polarized, CR-39 polarized, PC polarized Goggle

Middle end: CR-39, Nylon, Tritan, PCTG, PC polarized

Economic option: Tac polarized, PC, AC

For optical:

PC, AC

And if request, we can offer recycled, bio-based, biodegradable lenses.

Can you help us with packaging and branding for our eyewear products?

Our standard packaging includes a white box with OPP bags. If you have specific packaging requirements, you can provide the packaging materials, and we will use them for your orders.

If you don't have a idea, we are able to assist with your branded soft pouch, hard case and lens wipe if required. Contact us to get packaging catalogs.

Are we able to specify particular components or accessory brands for our eyewear?

Yes, you can! We can source and use components from a wide range of brands, including high-end options like OBE hinges, Mazzucchelli acetate, and SWAROVSKI crystals, as well as cost-effective alternatives.

How do you handle intellectual property and protect our custom designs?

We take confidentiality very seriously. We can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request to ensure your designs are fully protected.

What are your pricing structures, and are there starting prices for different services?

Our prices consist of a basic price, with add-ons for upgrades like material choices, component brands, and specific craftsmanship required.

Are there any hidden costs we should be aware of?

No, there are no hidden costs. Any price changes would only occur due to changes in the design, such as using different materials or adding or removing components.

Can we see prototypes or samples before committing to mass production?

Yes! We provide prototypes for structural verification and color samples for confirmation. Once we’ve finalized the 1:1 CAD drawings and color choices, we’ll make samples for your approval.

I would like to use my own logo: what should I do?

LOGO include metal icons, laser,  etching, silk printing, pad printing, hot stamping and more.

Do you offer design and engineering assistance to ensure our concepts are feasible?

Yes, we do. Our experienced engineers will evaluate your designs to make sure they’re achievable. If there are any issues, we’ll suggest alternatives to bring your concept to life.

How long does the entire process take from design to delivery?

The sampling process takes about 30 to 45 days, and bulk production takes 60 to 90 days. Before these stages, we can provide CAD drawings within 5 days once all the details are confirmed.

How do you ensure consistent quality across all units produced?

We have a thorough quality control system in place. We perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), Final Quality Control (FQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to ensure quality.

What does your Quality Control process look like?

In addition to the process inspection during the production process, we also conduct inspection tests such as appearance and color inspection, fatigue test, mechanical performance test, sweat corrosion test, spectrum and scratch wear, pursuing 0.Imm processing accuracy and pursuing perfect quality.

Do you offer third-party quality inspections or allow us to arrange them?

Yes, once our Final Quality Control is done, you’re welcome to arrange third-party inspections or perform the Outgoing Quality Control by your own inspectors before shipping.

How do shipping and logistics work, especially for international clients?

If you have a logistics agent, we can deliver the goods to their warehouse in China. Otherwise, we can handle shipping to your local warehouse using our logistics partners.

What kind of after-sales support do you provide?

We offer a one-year assurance. Any major defects can be returned to us for rework.
