  • Customers provide photos / sketches / drawings, etc.
  • Customers pick and revise from Pinnacle's in-house styles
  • Customers provide concepts or thoughts to create together
Technical Specification & Drawing

Pinnacle arrange engineering to create technical drawings and discuss the details with the customer.

Color Matching Stage

Acetate/Hexetate: Customer matching color from color swatches.

Metal/Titanium: Customer matching color from plating color swatches and Pantone color

Injection: Customer matching color from Pantone color

Sun lens: Customer matching color from PC / TAC / CR39 / NYLON color swatches

Quotation & Ordering

Based on the technical specifications of customer customized design, Pinnacle Eyewear will provide with a detailed production quotation and MOQ. After customer confirmation will sign PI.

Acetate / Hexetate frame: MOQ: 600 PCS/model, Color: 2~4 Color, Price: Starting from USD 4.5/PCS.

Metal frame: MOQ: 600 PCS/model, Color: 2~4 Color, Price: Starting from USD 4.5/PCS.

Injection frame (PC, TR, CP, ect.): MOQ: 1,200 PCS/model, Color: 2~4 Color, Price: Starting from USD 1/PCS.

Sampling

Normally Acetate/Hexetate/Metal samples can be completed and sent within one month.

Injection if it is a new model needs one month to make the molds, will use 3D printing rapid samples (structural samples), rapid samples can be sent within 3~7 days. 

Production & Quality Control

Once the sample is approved, Pinnacle Eyewear will start the bulk production of your customized design and perform a tight quality control process to make sure that the final product is just like the samples that you approved earlier.

Shipping

After passing Pinnacle Eyewear's quality inspection, or your team's/third party's inspection, we will notify the customer for shipping, if the customer doesn't have their forwarders, we can also arrange for shipping.
